A couple things to know about ordering custom furniture:

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of order on all custom furniture. Yep, non-refundable. We’re making this for you and just for you! The balance will be due when your piece goes to the finishing department (because at that point, it is really yours).

• At the time of order, you will be given an approximate production timeline. Of course, this timeline is subject to change if design changes occur during the creative process. We’ve done this enough times to know that once the creative juices get flowing, it can spur new and revised ideas! That’s ok, we want to get it right and want you to love the finished product but it can cause delays in production and shipping. High-quality custom furniture takes time, but we promise it will be worth it.

• As with our standard order items, freight charges are additional. Once final dimensions are determined, shipping method options and charges can be determined and quoted to the customer.
